Drains and Gutters
Make sure that your drains are gutters are not blocked with debris, as when the temperature drops ice can begin to form and this can lead to damage, including potential breaks to the guttering itself.
Also, do not pour cooking fats and oils down the sink. This is never wise, but especially in the Winter as when the temperature is lower it is more likely to clog up the pipes and drains, and leave you with a nasty smell and backed up pipes.
